data controller

This site belongs to xyz.vision. The data controller is xyz.vision, reachable at info@xyz.vision.

what we collect

This is a static site: no contact forms, no login area, no database. We collect nothing while you browse.

If you email the address shown here, we receive what you send us: your email address, your name if you sign it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply.

technical logs

The provider hosting this site may keep technical logs (IP address, browser, date and time of the request) for security and operation. Those are the provider's data, processed under their legitimate interest in keeping the service safe, and we do not use them to profile you.

how long we keep it

Emails stay in the mailbox as long as the conversation or legal obligations (for example accounting) require. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's retention.

your rights

At any time you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Write to info@xyz.vision: we answer within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

changes

If the site changes — for example if we add a contact form or analytics — we update this page before turning them on.
